Dr. Hallet’s research focuses on clinical outcomes in cancer care, mostly using health services research. She focuses area of cancer care where better definition of outcomes is needed to support the delivery of cancer care, where understanding of patient-centred care is necessary to design enhanced care pathways and quality metrics, and where access to care may impact outcomes. This includes examinations of care utilization, novel patient-centred outcomes, and clinical teams organization. This work is grounded in patient engagement and input through the entire research process, as well as equity through the research and care process. Dr Hallet’s has been supported by over $10 millions in peer-review operating grants and led to over 200 peer-reviewed publications.
